Hello! I hope you had a super week and weekend. I'm sorry the devotions are a little late this week. I have sinusitis and it has slowed me down a bit. Please pray that I'm feeling well enough to coach my soccer team, tomorrow. We have an important game. If you ever need prayer support, spiritual advice, or encouragement, please let me know. I'd be happy to help. You can either reply to this email or call 1-877-850-3878. Are you looking for an interesting, Christian site? Or do you have one of your own? Either way, come and visit JCSM's Top 1000 Christian Sites - http://jcsm.org/top1000. Matthew 4:18-20 "And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then He said to them, 'Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.' They immediately left their nets and followed Him." Matthew 12:30 "He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad." Matthew 25:31-34 "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world." Insight: There are only two teams: God's team and the Devil's team. You are either for Him or against Him. There is no middle ground. Walk toward God and choose to be on His team, today. Otherwise, you'll be walking toward the enemy who only wants to destroy you. Prayer: "Dear Lord, thanks for letting us be part of your team. Thank you for being the best coach. Help us to see things as You do and help us to be like You. Let us follow You with all our heart, mind, and strength. There is no other like You. Forgive our sins and purify us. Lift us up and give us joy, peace, love, and wisdom. Help others to join your team, too. Let us shine your light into the world, for all to see. In Jesus' name, Amen."

A divided heart will lead to all sorts of problems. God will not accept half-hearted obedience because He wants you to genuinely love and obey Him.
Pray that others will join God's team, then look for a way to lead them to Christ. Be prepared to preach the gospel to them and pray with them if they want to repent and trust in Christ for salvation. God bless you as you meet this week's challenge!

The Skeptic's Annotated Bible: Corrected and Explained "The Skeptic's Annotated Bible" claims: Genesis 42:27, 29 - Joseph's brothers find their money at an inn on their way home (see also 43:21). But according to 42:29, 35 they found their money after they got home. "The Skeptic's Annotated Bible: Corrected and Explained" responds: Genesis 42:27 and 29 state that one of them finds his money in his sack when they arrive at the inn. Genesis 42:35 states that they all found their money in their sacks when they were home. (This explanation came from "The Skeptic's Annotated Bible: Corrected and Explained", by Jason Gastrich. This book is on CD and explains over 3,000 difficulties regarding the entire Bible at http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.org. There is also a 300 question workbook that accompanies the CD-ROM.)
